A Fully Personalized Program

I design my programs with you and your specific needs in mind. This means regularly updating the plan based on your feedback and response to training.

Resources & Education on Injury Prevention

As a PT and a Coach, I want to keep you training injury-free! I’ll provide you with training strategies and recommendations keeping your longterm health in mind.


The Process

  • Free Discovery Call

    This is your opportunity to meet with me and ask any questions about the process. I can help you determine the coaching package that is right for you based on your current goals.

  • Initial Coaching Consult

    A 1-hour virtual call where we’ll dive deeper into your running goals, current training, and past training history. We’ll go through a short movement screen and I’ll get you set up on Final Surge.

  • Monthly Training Plan

    Receive your training plan one month at a time. I’ll review your progress weekly and make any updates to your plan based on your feedback.

  • Monthly Coaching Call & Ongoing Support

    Meet with me virtually on a monthly basis to chat about your training and discuss any upcoming changes to your routine. You will also have access to me via email and text between these calls.

Coaching Packages

Run Coaching

$150/month. Minimum 3 month commitment.

+$75 start up fee (includes initial coaching consult and set up with Final Surge Coaching App)

This package includes a monthly running/cross training program sent via Final Surge and a 30min coaching call 1x/month to review progress and make updates as needed.

Run + Strength Coaching

$200/month. Minimum 3 month commitment.

+$75 start up fee (includes initial coaching consult and set up with Final Surge Coaching App)

This package includes a monthly running/cross training program including a strength program sent via Final Surge, plus a 30min coaching call 1x/month to review progress and update your plan.
